Shipping is available world wide. All orders posted through Australia Post.
Depending on where you live the options available to you will be selectable in the drop down menu at check out. If your location is not presented just select 'Everywhere Else'.
As each piece is made to order, please allow 2-6 weeks until shipping from the date ordered, depending on the current oder list. This wait may seem a little long compared to what you are used to but keep in mind you are purchasing something that is being hand made just for you, from a small independent business. Feel free to email email@example.com to check the status of your order.
All Australian parcels are sent via Australia Post's express mail service.
All international parcels are sent via Australia Post's international express mail service.
NOTE: Some remote international areas may not be able to be Express mailed. Standard mailing will then be used. Taking numbers will still be provided.
All packages include a tracking number.
LOST OR MISSING PARCELS
SHANé is not responsible for parcels that go missing in the post, and will not replace the items that go missing.
If an incorrect delivery address is provided at checkout SHANé is not responsible for locating the parcel, and will not replace items sent to the wrong address, if it was provided by the customer at checkout. We understand accidents do happen so please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.
RUSH ORDERS & FASTER SHIPPING
We do not accept rush orders nor can we guarantee delivery dates. All orders are sewn in the order in which they are placed, to push any order in front of another would be unfair to customers who have been waiting the longest. All pricing is in Australian Dollars.
Accepting payments from all major credit cards. When converting prices to another currency a slight variation may occur due to the fluctuating exchange rates. When an item is charged to a credit card you may be charged fees determined by your bank. We take no responsibility for any extra charges incurred at receivers end.
If for any reason the items you have purchased are sold out, we will notify you and issue you with an immediate refund.
RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
As the items are handmade to order we do not offer exchanges, refunds or cancellations if you purchase the incorrect size or have a change of mind so please choose wisely and check our size guide carefully before purchase.

We do loan samples for press opportunities and selected other feature opportunities. When requesting samples please include names and links to the photographer, model, stylist, location and/if applicable publication and/or websites/moodboard/imagery.
